| Albury Wodonga Multiple Birth Association |

State/Region:
We are on the border between NSW and Victoria. Our current membership covers a wide area, from Holbrook in the north to Beechworth in the south, to Rutherglen in the west and to Tallangatta in the east. As there are few clubs near us we have had enquiries from Harrietville and Bright in Victoria and Deniliquin and Berrigan in NSW. We are happy to have members that communicate with us via email or phone if they are too far away to make it to morning teas.
Description:
AWMBA came into being in August 2006, when a group of four twin mums got together to start a support group. Our weekly meetings were held at Wodonga Library but we quickly outgrew the childrens' area we were given. We moved to a local community centre where we were able to let the children play and mums talk in a safe, friendly environment. Our current membership is predominately boys/boy twins and most of our multiples are aged 4 years and below.
