Patrick and Jillian Dempsey welcomed twin boys on 1st February 2007.

The boys are named Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen. The couple married in 1999 and already have a daughter Talula Fyfe.

Patrick Galen Dempsey was born in 1966 in Maine USA. Jillian a well renowned make up artist; is his second wife, he was first married at 21 to Rocky Palmer who was 27 years his senior.

Patrick is best known for his current role on the hit TV show Grey’s Anatomy, where he plays the role of Derek Shepherd aka McDreamy.
