Jane Flemming and Ian Purchas's twins, James and Samuel, were welcomed to the world on 12th May 2008 at 34 weeks gestation, and  spent 3 weeks in the special care nursery. They are the first children for couple Jane and Ian, who had been dating for around 1 year and are now married.

Jane, 42, and her family travelled to Beijing while she took up her duties as a special broadcaster for Current Affair during the Beijing Olympics. 

Two weeks before giving birth to her twins, Jane made her catwalk debut.  Shaping up in a star-studded parade of A-listers for kaftan queen Camilla Franks, the mum-to-be was less worried about fitting into the flowing gowns and more about keeping her balance in high heels.
