There is a vast range of support services for parents, so don’t be afraid to ask. In each state there are different services, eg Victorians have access to the Maternal and Health Child network managed by Councils, and Parentline, a central number for all Victorians to call. This government site is a must for all new parents in Australia, and it constantly wins awards for being such a popular resource. There are a few twins specific pages which are very useful.
Australian Breastfeeding Association
Australia’s foremost authority on breastfeeding and nursing, includes an online shop with specific breastfeeding resources, including books on breastfeeding multiples and a 24hr helpline for members.
