Born in 1970, Dominic was born in England and is the eldest of 5 children. When he was two years old his family moved to Australia. He left school early and started working as a landscape gardener, but he was soon restless and joined the Australian Theatre for Young people, then applied to Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). He studied alongside Hugh Jackman and it was also there that he met his now wife Rebecca Williamson. He graduated in 1996 and went on to appear in his first role as ‘Hutton’ in ‘Raw FM’ and several other guest spot appearances followed on shows such as ‘Water Rats’ and ‘Heart Break High’. In 2000 he landed a small role in ‘Mission Impossible II’, which was filmed in Australia, and caught the eye of several talent scouts. Also in 2000 he won a green card in the green card lottery, so he and his family moved to the US. In 2005, he was cast as ‘Lincoln Burrows’ in the hit TV show ‘Prison Break’. Dominic has 4 children: Joseph born in 1999, Audrey born in 2001 and twins Augustus and Lily Rose born on 7th July 2003.
